Eugene Jervin Vanterpool who goes by the stage name Minister L.K was born on 10/April/1982 to Ms. Albertine Morton and Mr. Jerome Vanterpool. He was raised and grew up in the small village of Mc Knight. Like many of his peers he was caught up with many negative behavior. However, God had a calling for his life and he was able to break free with the help of God. His singing career started at the age of 7 at a community Christmas programme. He, however, never took it serious until he got saved at the age of 15. Like many young Christians he struggled in his faith, back slid several times. He was always determined to get back up and keep pressing forward towards the mark of the higher calling which is in Christ Jesus. Minister L.K later added dancing to his arsenal when in 2000 he formed the dance group 3 Hebrew Boys. He since has minster around the region. One of his greatest accomplishment is his nomination at the 2010 Bahamas Marlins Awards. He has shared stage with some of the names in the industry, such as: Pepper Ranks, Pappa San, Demitry Huddon, Wycliff Jean, Angie Stones, just to name a few. His famous catch phrase is “U kno who we praise… JESUS!!!”
